Volvo EX90 Listed in India from ₹1.26 Crore

Volvo now lists the EX90 on its India website from ₹1.26 crore. The old “arriving this month” preview is superseded by a local product listing, though buyers should confirm stock, seating configuration and delivery timing with their retailer.
Volvo’s current India page lists the Twin Motor with up to 456 hp and an estimated range of up to 625 km under WLTP conditions. Volvo labels these figures preliminary, with certification pending; they are not an independently verified road-test result.
The EX90 and XC90 are distinct products: Volvo still lists the XC90 mild hybrid in India. The earlier claim that the EX90 simply replaces an outgoing XC90 on the same platform was misleading and has been removed.
Why It Matters
For buyers, the useful next step is an exact vehicle specification and a home-charging assessment. Check the seating layout, warranty and delivery conditions on the quotation. Do not compare preliminary WLTP range directly with an Indian-cycle claim for another SUV.
